
Yoga therapy involves one-to-one or group sessions based on your goals that incorporate yoga asanas/stretches, deep breathing, deep relaxation, meditation, and spiritual support. These sessions can reduce stress and anxiety, free up tension in the body, and increase an overall feeling of wellness. Yoga therapy can be used in conjunction with medical care to improve total health.
All sessions will be virtual, but in-person options can be discussed at intake for those in my local area.
Individual yoga therapy:
Scheduled based on our mutual availability
The intake session is 90 minutes long and is $100.00
A 75 minute individual session is $85.00

Group yoga therapy:
Scheduled monthly, usually as a four session series
Group size is 3-8 individuals
